Born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan- Megan Dooley has been performing regionally, nationally, and abroad for 24 years. Her music is an intelligent blend that bridges the gaps of soul, blues, folk and americana. Molly

Grand Rapids, Michigan native Molly Bouwsma Schultz was born into music. Known in West Michigan for her energetic, soulful live performances with her band Vox Vidorra, she performs in many genres to continue to expand her outlook on the world, her voice, and passion for writing songs that move people. In 2013, her group Blue Molly had the honor of receiving the award for Best Album by a New Artist, Song of the Year “2000 Miles”, Best Soul/Blues Album for self titled ‘Blue Molly’ for the 14th Annual WYCE Jammie Awards. In 2013, Molly and husband Scott Schultz collaborated to produce ”In My Heart (To The Moon)” and in 2014 she produced Kindness (411 Cass), both of which received the Artprize award for Best Blues/Rock musical entry presented by St. Cecilia Music Center. In the spring of 2015, Vox Vidorra released their debut album “Promise Land” which has drawn in high acclaim throughout the state.

The Missing Generation

Kalamazoo’s The Missing Generation plays a punk-influenced loose brand of rock ‘n roll. Featuring the songwriting talents of Chris Schleuder (vocals, guitar), Abe Savas (vocals, guitar, bass) and Tim Sparling (vocals, guitar, bass), their music is filled with catchy guitar riffs and heartfelt wit. Drummer, Gerren Young plays with an energetic dynamism that propels the music to greater heights.

They released their first album, Spontaneous Human Combustion in 2023, and are hard at work on their follow-up album which will release in the fall of 2024.

          

 

Jive at Five

Jive At Five has been packing the dance floors around the state of Michigan since 1992. Charter members and Michigan music scene icons Frank Youngman, Tom T Ball and Mark Schrock are joined by the legendary David Zerbe, Danny Giacobassi, and Charlie Walmsley. Together they recreate the swinging small combo sounds from the 1940’s-60s greats. They have recorded three full length albums and are regulars on the Michigan festival and concert circuits.
