Rules & Regulations

In order to create and maintain a fun, safe and family-friendly event, all festival attendees must follow, and your ticket purchase constitutes an agreement to adhere to, the following rules and regulations:

  • No illegal use of drugs
  • No alcohol permitted on the grounds including camping areas, except in beer and wine tent, (next to Orchard Stage)
  • No personal golf carts, ATVs or bicycles to be used on festival grounds
  • No fireworks
  • No Sky Lanterns
  • No pets
  • No generators
  • No weapons
  • No glass containers of any kind
  • No fires (except for those provided by the festival)
  • For cooking, NO charcoal, and gas appliances only to be used under responsible adult supervision. No cooking permitted in wooded areas. Please use picnic tables.
  • No smoking in or around food and beverage vending and dining areas, all buildings, the beach, or the pine forests. Be respectful of others, especially children. Smokers must yield to needs of non-smokers. Extinguish and dispose of butts in appropriate containers. Smoking near stages will be limited to designated areas only.
  • Dispose of trash, recyclables and compost in appropriate containers
  • Campground quiet hours start at 12 midnight. Keep drumming in designated areas only
  • Do not block fire lanes. Vehicles MUST be parked facing out.
  • Stay within property boundaries and off neighbors land
  • Children (under the age of 18) must be with a parent or guardian. If not with a parent, children must have written permission from their parent/s to be with another adult.

  • Parents should obtain name tags for their children at the kids‘ activity area, which include parent or guardian’s name and emergency contact information
  • Parents (and guardians) are responsible for their children while at the festival and therefore need to know where they are, at all times
  • Swimming will only be permitted during daylight hours and when lifeguards are on duty. The number of swimmers will be limited at any one time. Wait your turn and respect the direction of the lifeguards. No soap or shampoo allowed in lake. No children at lake without parent, guardian or other authorized adult. Swimming attire required at all times.
  • Be careful and watch for traffic when crossing Mullen Road and festival roads
  • Wristbands must be worn and visible at all times while at the festival
  • No unauthorized vending
  • No taping of performers
  • No radios, recorded music or amplifiers
  • We reserve the right to search any vehicle and/or person upon entry, or while at the festival
  • You are expected to leave the grounds by sundown on Sunday
  • Any person in violation of these rules and regulations is subject to expulsion from the festival without refund, and possible legal consequences. Serious or repeat offenders may result in being permanently banned from the festival.
