Buttermilk Jamboree is committed to creating a vendor environment that is user-friendly for both vendors and patrons. Space and power are limited and vendors are picked on a first come first serve basis. We try to avoid duplication of booths whenever possible. Please submit your application with as much detail as possible. All vendors are responsible for obtaining all required necessary permits and for following local protocol. Please remember that submitting your application does not guarantee a vending space. You will be contacted by phone or email once we’ve had the time to review and approve your application.
At Circle Pines Center, we LOVE food!! Our food vendors for the Buttermilk Jamboree are chosen based on their commitment to the use of locally-grown produce, as well as dairy and meat from humanely raised animals. If you have a booth that fits our mission, we would love to hear from you!!
$375 plus 10% of sales includes:
10 x 20 booth space with water and electric, camping, and two weekend passes

Non-Profit Vending and Informational Booths
Circle Pines Center supports our fellow Non-Profit Agencies!! We offer a special opportunity for Non-Profits who wish to set up an informational or vending booth during the festival. This pricing DOES NOT include a weekend pass, and participants are responsible for obtaining their own tickets for the weekend. Please fill out our application HERE if you are interested in bringing your Non-Profit booth.
