With a little help from mother nature, the sweet smell of boiling sap will fill the air this weekend. Join us for a weekend in the sugar bush when the forest transforms into this agricultural opus. Learn how to tap trees, hang buckets, collect and boil sap, and create the ambrosial nectar we call maple syrup. The climax of the weekends’ efforts will be a pancake breakfast where we savor the fruits of our labor. Two nights and five meals.
