DESCRIPTION:FALL WORKBEE: Open to all\, workbees cost participants nothing but labor. Worker bees are welcome to arrive Friday evening and we start work Saturday morning after breakfast. We work both morning and afternoon on Saturday and again Sunday morning. Friday & Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoon are free time. This weekend we’ll be working in the CPC garden\, trimming trails for cross country skiing\, cutting\, splitting\, moving and stacking firewood\, and other tasks to get us prepared for the winter. Enjoy the satisfaction of working along side friends (new and old)\, good outdoor exercise and a job well done. DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to say “De Skal Leve” to 2019? Join us for the annual New Years Getaway week at Circle Pines Center! Starting December 29th\, we welcome Circle Piners and friends of all ages to come and stay with us for three relaxing\, celebratory days and nights. We will be heralding in the new year and bidding farewell to the old with good food\, good company\, more than little good old fashioned fun! Enjoy fresh smoked brisket or on our new smoker during our New Years Eve dinner (vegan options available) then stay and ring in the New Year with new friends. \nWake up to yoga followed by hot breakfast among friends. In the afternoons\, join us for a sled\, ski\, or hike\, depending on the weather 2019 has in store for us. Check the forecast and pack accordingly – especially if you have your own skis! We plan to have a longer ski trek or hike down the North Country Trail with a return trip by car for the adventurers among us. Evenings will likely include campfires and star gazing.
